As at September 2019, GASIP has reached out to 50 VCDs representing about 800 FBOs and over 50,000 smallholder farmers (SHFs who have benefited from GASIP matching grants, receiving innovative production inputs for maize, rice, and soya value chains. Under climate change resilience, the programme has established 66 conservation agriculture demonstration plots.

GASIP has also, in collaboration to the Ghana Metrological Agency (GMet) installed 10 additional weather stations to provide timely weather information to smallholder farmers. Under public infrastructure, GASIP is constructing 72 kilometres of feeder roads in the Volta and Ashanti regions, and will construct more feeder roads and farm tracks in other regions in the next season.
